Active Agers is a fitness program designed for older adults looking for a low-intensity group exercise class. This program provides the key elements of functional fitness-cardio, flexibility, and strength training. Lead by a BCRPA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Bobbi Lee! Bobbie Lee is a delight to be around and comes with 18 years of experience working in and supporting older adults in their pursuit of a more active life! Due to COVID-19, future program offerings - class structure, location etc will require modification. As we work through the particulars with our funding and community partners, please get on our contact list. Registration for each session is ongoing but limited to space.
