Community Education & Training

"Knowing how to use naloxone and keeping

it within reach can save a life.” – Toward the Heart

Naloxone Training

We offer Naloxone Training and Naloxone Kits

for free, no questions asked.

Naloxone is a medication that quickly reverses the effects of an overdose from opioids,

such as Fentanyl, Cocaine and Heroin.

Naloxone saves lives.

Through Naloxone training, you will learn what Naloxone is, what is does, the signs and symptoms of an overdose, and how to properly

administer Naloxone.

Like First Aid training, we hope it will never have to be used, but the reality is that people are overdosing and by having the skills to administer it,

you can save a life.

Public Education &

Awareness Campaign

We know that throughout BC, people are dying of opioid overdoses because they are using substances alone.

Often, people choose to use alone because there is stigma related to illicit substance use.

Our goal is to help decrease the stigma

associated with substance use.

Join us to learn more about the overdose crisis.

During free our information session learn about:

  • What Harm Reduction is and isn't

  • How we, as a community can work towards reducing stigma and increasing awareness  about opioid use

  • Ways of increasing compassion and understanding for those using substances

  • Naloxone training

Become part of the change today.
