Ministry Assistance

LCHPS and the Ministry of Social Development recognize that it can be hard for Lake Country residents to access the MSDPR office in Kelowna. We have formed a partnership between our agencies to allow the application process and any follow up to take place within our community.

Loved Ones

Substance Use is widely viewed as a personal experience, We've all heard of ways to cope with a loved one's substance use, such as giving them tough love, ultimatums, and pulling back support by not caring. From personal experience, we know it's not that easy. First and foremost, in order to best support your loved one, you need to take care of yourself. At LCHPS we are committed to not only supporting those who use substances, but also the loved ones who are affected by their substance use.

For personal support and information on how to help your loved one connect with our outreach team at 778-215-2105 or
