Substance Use is widely viewed as a personal experience, We've all heard of ways to cope with a loved one's substance use, such as giving them tough love, ultimatums, and pulling back support by not caring. From personal experience, we know it's not that easy. First and foremost, in order to best support your loved one, you need to take care of yourself. At LCHPS we are committed to not only supporting those who use substances, but also the loved ones who are affected by their substance use.
We've developed a guide listing services related to substance use and harm reduction that are local to Lake Country, Kelowna and Vernon.
We've done the research for you!
We can share with you important information relating to various services, including: intake procedures, associated costs, locations and hours.
