I Need Support

“I know you’re tired, I know you feel like giving up, but you’re not going to. You know why? Because you are strong, and when you’ve survived through all the sh*t your substance use has put you through, you can survive recovery.” – Anonymous

We Like You Alive

This is at the centre of everything we offer through the LCHPS Community Overdose Response and Education (CORE) plan.

We know life can be hard sometimes...

Maybe fear is taking over and the idea of change is daunting. Substance use can be overwhelming and reaching out for help can be hard.

We get it.

We're here for you, whether it's a phone call, text, email or in-person visit with our Outreach Worker.

What Happens Next?

If you're ready to connect to some resources, talk to a safe person, or let us walk with you on this journey, call or text our Outreach worker.

Attend the Harm Reduction &

Substance Use Support Group.

LCHPS can support you.

Substance Use

Resource Guide

We've developed a guide listing services related to substance use and harm reduction that are local to Lake Country, Kelowna and Vernon.

We've done the research for you!

We can share with you important information relating to various services, including: intake procedures, associated costs, locations and hours.

Search the online Resource Guide, download it or visit our office to pick up a printed copy.

A Harm Reduction Approach

Harm Reduction isn’t about stopping your drug use.

It's about keeping you safe.

We respect wherever you're at in your life and your substance use. We value your journey and want to be there with you for whatever comes next.

Naloxone Training

Naloxone is a medication that temporarily reverses the effects of an overdose from opioids, such as Fentanyl, Cocaine and Heroin.

Naloxone saves lives.
