Lake Country Poll Seeks Caregivers Responses

To help get the conversation started in Lake Country, a short survey has been designed for caregivers of older adults with higher needs.

You may be incredibly resourceful, but no one person can do everything. Caregiving, without a proper network of support, can lead to physical and emotional exhaustion and isolation.

Building a support network is one of the most important ways to prevent burnout. It can be helpful to do an inventory of professional, and family or friend supports that can help you with care tasks.

Whether you are in a paid or unpaid role - your insight and experience are valuable and essential, and we need to hear from you.

Your insight and experience are invaluable

LCHPS is working to secure a three-year grant. Once secured, work will begin to develop more significant caregiver services in Lake Country. Input is being sought from local caregivers who provide support to older adults with higher needs. Whether you are in a paid or unpaid role - your insight and experience are valuable and essential, and we need to hear from you.

To help get the conversation started, we have a short survey for all caregivers - professional or family/friend. Your responses will help identify caregiver services and programs, where there are gaps, and how we can best support your needs. It's short and should take less than 10 minutes to reply.
