CORE

Community Overdose Response & Education (CORE) plan in Lake Country.

The CORE program supports people who use substances, those who may be affected by a loved one's substance use, provides Naloxone training, public education and outreach.

Better At Home

In partnership with the United Way, we want to support you to continue living independently in your home. Services include: driving, friendly visiting, house keeping, light house maintenance and yard work. For seniors 65+.

LCHPS Driving & Friendly Visiting Program

We've created a driving program to support people who don't qualify for Better at Home.

Living in an assisted care and need a ride to the grocery store or to a medical appointment?

Looking for a friendly visitor to socialize with you once a week?

 

Conquer the Lake - 

Health  & Wellness Fair 

A 21.1k, 10k, 5k Race and Fun Run in and around the scenic Okanagan Rail Trail. The race begins and ends at the H&W Fair - featuring over 50 vendors & Kids Fun Zone. Organized by the MultiSport Club & LCHPS in support of the Health Resource Centre.
