Due to the current COVID-19 situation, all services and programs have been modified.

Senior Supports

Lake Country Health offers a variety of senior support programs, including Active Agers fitness classes at the Alliance Church every week, home visits and meal delivery for seniors who are isolated at home, housework and yard care (including snow shoveling!), and a popular driving service to medical appointments.

Caregiver Supports

Caring for a loved one can be challenging, which is why Lake Country Health is here to help. From confidential counselling to support groups and other services, help is just a phone call or email away. For more information on Better at Home services, contact ​info@lchps.com 

CORE Supports 

The Community Overdose Response & Education (CORE) plan in Lake Country supports people who use substances, those who may be affected by a loved one's substance use, provides Naloxone training, public education and outreach. For more information on this program, contact outreach@lchps.com

Family Supports

Through the Car Seat Initiative, Lake Country Health provides new car seats to new families. Just contact use for information and we will set you up! More information is available by contacting info@lchps.com
