Resource Directory for Seniors

We're working to compile a resource directory filled with Lake Country services that are relevant for you.

Active Agers

Get your body moving and join us on Friday mornings for an engaging exercise class tailored to fit your level of ability. Registration is required.

Better At Home

In partnership with the United Way, we want to support you to continue living independently in your home. Services include: driving, friendly visiting, house keeping, light house maintenance and yard work. For seniors 65+.

Are you staying in an assisted living facility and need a ride to a medical appointment or to go grocery shopping?  Are you under 65 years old and living independently but need extra support?

 

We can help!  Contact us for intake.

 

Blue Bottle Program

Put your Personal Medical Information into the Blue Bottle, and have it accessible for first responders in case of Emergency.

for only $3.
