Looking to connect with family or friends online but you're not sure where to start? Lake Country Health has a new program that teachers seniors, from the comfort of their own home, how to get online. Tablets are available for loan and there are weekly informative and fun classes offered.  For seniors 65+. Email for more information. 

Active Agers

Get your body moving and join us on Friday mornings for an engaging exercise class tailored to fit your level of ability. Registration is required. Email for more information. 

Better At Home

In partnership with the United Way, we want to support you to continue living independently in your home. Services include: driving, friendly visiting, house keeping, light house maintenance and yard work. For seniors 65+. Email for more information. 

LCHPS Driving & Friendly Visiting Program

Are you staying in an assisted living facility and need a ride to a medical appointment or to go grocery shopping?  Are you under 65 years old and living independently but need extra support?

Do you have some extra time and want to give back to your community in a meaningful way? 

Become a friendly visitor, help at our community events, or be a volunteer driver.
